• be able to walk in and see who has lent you money!!  VERY IMPORTANT for the long haul and each day!

• Get involved with your Town Government!

• Keep Taxes low and Freedom Rising

• AND Sellers!

• Remember…when you sell your home!  you have the advantage!!  DONT FORGET THE ADVANTAGE IS ALSO THAT YOUR HOUSE SOLD!  Sad but True!
