Tips on avoiding financial troubles in the future!
simple:
make a budget with your paycheck (s)/income
save even change per week, per day…It adds up…BUT SAVE
if possible try to have rent/mortgage plus incidentals and utilities equal less than your paycheck! (don’t forget to budget gas/transportation)
OH AND ONE THING THAT SEEMS TO BE MISSED>>> The first thing you pay every month is not anything but your shelter! Pay your Rent/MORTGAGE…first! if you don’t make enough to go to the movies and eat steak…at least you have a home!
Use Blankets and sweaters to cut down on your heating costs!
turn off the lights when you leave rooms, don’t use electrical aromatherapy…Cut down on your costs…you will feel better daily by Affording your life!
Stay within the budget! You do not have to spend all your money!
AND YOU SHOULD NOT SPEND ALL YOUR MONEY!
If you are on a tight budget that does not allow you to save!
a) cut down on extra food/grocery items (save your waist line too)
b) don’t rent or buy something that doesn’t allow you to rent a room or find a job at a local convenience store to make it through the hard times.
c) cut down on cell phone xtras like the internet. We can not use them while driving anyway…or if you are a MBTA commuter…take internet off your home. Even if this doesn’t work…find a way to cut down on your bills
d) don’t charge things that you can not afford. have a charge card for things like needing new tires or a new alternator or?? EMERGENCY Purchases. Make the Charge Card work for you…do not pay interest on items that you do NOT Need. Without that bill…you could save the $$$ even if it is $20 dollars a month…20 x 12 = $240.00 better than not having any money…now add in the change you saved!!
Just because your savings account isn’t what Oprah, Donald Trump or even your rich uncle’s savings account is… doesn’t mean you should not save!
WHY? Saving Money is your Security! NO one else is liable or should pay your bills. Live within your means!
CREATE A SIMPLER, Less STRESSFUL way of Life for 2011 and your future!
