Its certainly not just an internet site or a newspaper ad!  We want activity! 

How about a networking event?  You may run into a Realtor friend, colleague who is looking for your type of property!  It may be a lottery ticket that loses..but its a shot at the right buyer and a person who can talk about the house they saw!

Caravan Tours!  When local Realtors who have listings tour with one another…this brings lots of exposure!  It is 10-20 Realtors seeing and touching your listing in 15 to 20 minutes.  AND you get their feedback, suggestions, attention, word of mouth and you have made a relationship!  Especially since you just saw their listings too! and provided them with suggestions, feedback, attention and word of mouth!!…equals Relationship!  do unto others!!!!…  Creating more knowledge and power for each of us on our market!  Win Win!  Won!
