We talk about staging, marketing (including where to advertise, who the most likely clients are), pricing, loan programs, networking, whats new in the community, all of the things that impact listings and buyers!

Its good to see to know what the homes we are listing are compared with….  and we may find something that is perfect for one of our buyers that have been looking!!!  Know the inventory for all reasons on both sides of the coin!

Learn what other Realtors are going through…find comradery in commonality and make great friends with other Realtors to make life easier for us all!!!  it is truly a great time that is like CE courses! on a parade of homes!
