We got together on a tour yesterday in the Lakeville and Middleboro Areas!!

1. We were able to really see the market

2. be prepared for situations that come up….due to networking

3. learned trends!

4. what works!

5. what is attracting buyers and their agents

6. We had bagels and coffee and a bit of fruit

7. but most of all….We got exposure on our listings!!!!

Other agents/Realtors that see your houses….can be so beneficial!!! and it can make it sold!!!
